Metric Valley provides informational data analysis tools. Its Australian Lotto service lets users explore imported draw records, number frequencies and generated number combinations. Metric Valley does not sell lottery entries, accept wagers, operate a lottery or act for a lottery operator.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You are responsible for complying with the laws and official game rules that apply where you live.

2. Data and game information

Draw records and game information may come from third-party or manually maintained sources. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or based on rules that have since changed. Metric Valley is not an official or live results service.

Historical records are imported, and ongoing result updates are entered or uploaded manually by the site administrator. Metric Valley does not operate a live or automated results feed.

Always verify draw results, entry requirements, prices, prize divisions and current game rules with the relevant official lottery operator before relying on them.

3. Generated number sets and analysis

Frequency charts, trend models, similarity measures and generated number sets describe or process historical data. They do not predict future results, improve the odds of winning or guarantee any prize.

Generated number sets are examples for statistical exploration. They are not lottery entries and do not constitute betting, financial or professional advice. Lottery draws remain random.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal use. You must not interfere with the website, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit malicious code, use automated requests that unreasonably burden the service, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or breaks applicable law.

5. Intellectual property and third-party names

Metric Valley’s original website content, interface and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Lottery game names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant games. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Availability and changes

The website may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, and features or data may be corrected without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for decisions made using the website, including whether to participate in a lottery and how much to spend. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on unverified data, generated number sets, service interruptions or third-party services.

8. Optional support payments

Metric Valley is operated as a for-profit business. Any payment made through the Support Metric Valley page is a voluntary contribution to help with hosting, data storage and maintenance. It is not represented as a charitable or tax-deductible donation.

A support payment does not purchase a lottery entry, unlock features, influence generated number sets or improve the odds of winning. Payments are processed by an independent provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Metric Valley does not collect or store full payment-card details on this website.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia. The courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes relating to these Terms or the website.
