Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17/10/2026
HARMONY BRIDGE PTY LTD, trading as Metric Valley, respects your privacy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use this website.
1. Information we handle
If you use the Contact Us form, we collect the email address and message you provide, and your name if you choose to provide it.
The website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested pages for security, rate limiting, operation and logging. The application hashes an IP-derived identifier for in-memory rate limiting and does not place that identifier in the application database.
2. Why we use it
We use contact-form information to review and respond to enquiries, keep the service secure, diagnose technical problems and maintain appropriate business records. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
3. Service providers and overseas processing
We use service providers to host and operate the website, deliver contact-form notifications and provide the receiving email inbox. Those providers may process information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention and security
We retain enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage follow-up matters and meet legal or business record requirements. Service providers may retain operational logs under their own policies. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
5. Cookies and analytics
Metric Valley does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. If that changes, this policy and any required notices or choices will be updated before those tools are used.
6. Support payments and external providers
If you follow a support-payment link, you leave Metric Valley and provide payment information directly to the payment provider. The provider handles that information under its own privacy policy. Metric Valley may receive limited transaction information, such as the payment amount, status and payer details supplied through the provider, for administration, refunds, fraud prevention and business records.
7. Access, correction and complaints
Use the Contact Us form to ask about personal information associated with an enquiry, request access or correction, or make a privacy complaint addressed to the Privacy Contact. We may need enough information to locate the relevant message and verify that the request relates to you.
We will review your request or complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or its information-handling practices change. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page.
